Shopping and a Bit of Out and About
7-10 of May: Ibiza’s Medieval Market: for these 3 days, Dalt Vila goes back a few centuries in time and turns itself into an authentic medieval market, where privateers, maidens, minstrels, jugglers and snake charmers make themselves at home. Don’t miss this date with the history of the city of Ibiza!
Plans for Sport Fans
1st of May: the Solidarity yoga festival comes to Sal Talia beginning at 10 am. if you’re a passionate yoga fan don’t miss the Solidarity Yoda festival organised by the Agro-tourism association of Sa Talia, a time of open-door Yoga sessions where you can also discover other healthy and fun activities.
Concerts and other musical events
1st of May – Manu Chao concerts in Las Dalias (san Carlos): from 20:00 hours.
2nd of May – David Bustamente concert in Santa Eulalia (free entry). Address: The palace of Congress square, c/medico Salvador Camacho 11, 07840, Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. From 22:00 hours
16th of May – Pignoise concert: 23:30 hours in the sala Rencuentro (Carrer de la Mar, 5, San Antonio).
20-22 of May – International Music Summit Ibiza. This electro music congress truly marks the starting of the beginning of the summer season.
22nd of May – Raimundo Amador: Sala Swag (C/Murtra5, Playa d’en Bossa, Ibiza).
The Spring Gastro season: if you haven’t already done your gastro route, don’t miss out on this opportunity! You have until the third of May to discover the delicacies put forward by more than 50 different restaurants on the island. These treats pay homage to the tastes and local ingredients that the island has to offer. Find these across succulent menus full of local produce and popular prices: €25 for a full meal and €5 per tapa, with a small beer or glass of wine included.
