WILL I RECEIVE TRAINING?
Once you have arrived and settled after your first few nights on the island you will be given a complete training course in all aspects of selling and execution of a sale which takes two days. In our experience the training course insures a higher success rate which means more money for workers to earn.
HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I MAKE?
You will never earn less than 10 euro per ticket sold. Dependent on the event you will earn between 20 to 30% of the ticket sale price. Less talented workers have no problem selling between 35 to 50 tickets a week. More talented sellers can earn this is one day.
WHAT HOURS WILL I WORK?
You will work 6 days a week for about 6 to 7 hours a day starting around lunch time.
WHAT IS THE ACCOMODATION LIKE?
On your arrival a CAPADI team member will pick you up from the airport and bring you to one of our CAPADI team accommodations. Our apartments cost 12 Euros a day dependent on location and how many people you live with. It is no problem if you have your own accommodation or want to find your own place – we will help you as much as we possibly can.
