Situated a short distance from Es Canar, Cala nova is perhaps the most popular beaches of the area.

The beach is made up of the thick sand we’re all familiar with, perfect for kids, where you’ll find varied selection of restaurants and beach bars. It also so happens to be the beach of choice for the small surfer community of the island, which bands together here at this beach to practise their sport on the windiest of days.


Dimensions: Length 250 m. Width  30 m.

Facing: South-east.

Land: Fine natural sand.

Sea-floor:: Sand with some rocky areas. Low depth with smooth progression.

Environment: Natural.

Of interest: One of the best surfing beaches on the island.
