Event: Tonight at Ibiza and Fomentera’s Fairground (FECOEV) the popular rock pop band Maldita Nerea will be giving a concert, along with Sopa de Cabra from Girona and a band from Ibiza called Tonto, formed by former members from the bands Frigolos and Keep’n’Rockin. Pre-sale: 15€, box office: 18€.

Event: Ibiza’s town council is organizing “Vive la Posidonia”, a program of activities meant to create awareness about the importance of posidonia gardens. You can join them in a free kayak ride to visit the posidonia gardens with groups of 25 people. The excursion also includes diving with flips and snorkel, with the possibility of taking pictures underwater. They will departure from Ses Figueretas beach (located in front of Fomentera’s dock). It is necessary to make a previous reservation by calling 971399232 or through firstname.lastname@example.org. It is completely free.
Event: A big surprise! For the first time in Ibiza, the Jackson Dance Company is presenting a tribute to Michael Jackson, which offers the kind of shows the king of pop had in his tours back in the day. Michael’s Legacy is a show meant for all ages where people can enjoy a carefully created scenery, covers of the original songs and a special touch. It is also a free activity.
Event: Art Club Ibiza is organizing Luna llena de Arte (“A Moon full of Art”), an outdoor exhibition by several visual artists (painting, sculpture, photography, performance) that will take place at San Gertrudis church’s plaza. Every artist will showcase 7 of his works. Urban artists will be painting live and DJ Tsunami will be playing his set to liven up the night. This is a free activity.

Event: Festival de Jazz de Ibiza. Ibiza’s Jazz Festival. This flyer has all of the performances by date. Ticket: 12 euros per concert.
Day: 11, 13, 15, 17/09/17
Event: The last edition of Ibiza’s Opera Festival will take place at Ibiza’s State Palace. For this year Armin Heinemann, the festival’s promoter, chose the play “Falstaff” by Giuseppe Verdi. “Falstaff” is an authentic comedy play based on Shakespeare’s works. Chistopher Robertson is the main singer; he is a world famous baritone who has performed in theaters of Milano, London and New York. Ibiza’s “Asociación Amigos de la Ópera” (Association Friends of the Opera) will be in charge of the choir and the orchestra, the play will be directed by Daniel Gil de Tejada and the theatre director will be Armin Heinemann. The tickets can be bought at the Ibiza’s Consell and at Santa Eulalia’s town hall. Price: around 40€.

Event: Don’t miss the 10th edition of Ibiza’s beer Festival, which will take place at Ibiza’s Fairground. There will be over 150 different kinds of beer from countries such as Australia, France, Belgium, Thailand or Japan. Gastronomy, music, live shows, a playground, a nice setting… and of course, lots and lots of beer! There is no need to worry if you plan on bringing your children, the venue will be divided in three areas; a playground, another gastronomic station and the area for the main element of the night: the beer.
Event: Cala Llonga celebrates the anual event “Playing for Change Day Ibiza”, a music festival where there will be over 20 live performances, a market of international goods, a hippie market with over 50 stands and entertaining shows for children from 12h00 to 19h00.
Event: At the restaurant Es Pins they have a live music show to enjoy the night with a different vibe. The musical guests for today will be Emeretians, a reggae trio from Madrid. They have a combination of music styles including roots, dub and new roots reggae, resulting in an authentic Jamaican sound. They take advantage of this by playing their songs in different ways. Free entrance.
Event: Ibiza’s council invites you enjoy a free concert by Ibiza’s Symphonic Band, directed by Adolfo Villalonga Juan at plaza Julià Verdera (Ses Figueretes). The concert series programmed for the summer is meant to entertain locals and tourist by offering live music performances in different areas of the city. They will be playing classic music, folk music, popular music and soundtracks.Free.
Event: Heaven for Japanese culture lovers, Ibiza’s Japan Week is back for its third edition, dedicated to women this year. Today tea ceremony with Keiin Yoshimura at the multipurpose room C19. Price: 5€..
