Event: Mar 5 Ibiza. Dance to lindy hop music with Ibiza Swing Lab! Lindy hop is an original swing dance that was developed during the 20’s. It is a very famous dance because of its acrobatic “airsteps”, although that is just one aspect of this dance. It can be danced slowly or at a fast pace, which makes it perfect for people of all ages regardless their physical condition. Dance lindy hop, dance swing! Price: 30€/month.

Event: B12 Café Concierto. Starting at 21h00, come by and enjoy the most delicious pinchos and the happy hour while you watch a live performance by a different group every week. And that is just the beginning of the night, starting at 23h00, there will be performances by three of the most known and loved DJ’s of the local scene, with house and tech house mixes loaded with emotion and sensuality. The entrance is free of charge until 01h30, after that time it has a cost of 15€ (includes a free drink).

Event: Districte Hipérbole. Do you want to learn Japanese but you have no idea where to start? Don’t worry, we have a solution for you; – Japanese initiation course, taught by professor Daichi Hikosaka in collaboration with Waibiza association. It includes a one-hour session of Japanese and an extra hour for any doubts or questions and to make conversation. Price: 15€/hour. You must make a previous reservation! Event: Racó Verd, Can Jordi and Can Xicu. San José’s city council announces the gastro – musical event “Tapas musicales” with live performances by several local bands. Event: Vila Vins. Do you want to enjoy a different gastronomic experience? Then you cannot miss this next tasting of rum and chocolate pairing. The bartender Salvatore D’amico will lead a unique session where you will be able to enjoy premium rums paired with a wide variety of chocolate with different percentages of cocoa. Event: State Palace. The creative group Cataluña Mal Pelo presents the contemporary dance show for adults “El Cinque Hivern”. It is a limpid choreographic poem, that is at the same time sweet and powerful. It was inspired by the words of the Italian poet and writer Erri de Luca. Sober impressionism, body-language depuration and a waltz between gravity and joy. Entrance price: early 15€, gate 18€.

Event: Winter concerts are back to Can Pou Bar! Tonight enjoy a performance by Jorra i Gomorra and Saïm. Jorra i Gomorra is the artistic name of Jorro Santiago, a musician from Manacor who comes from the underground scene from Catalonia and the Balearic Island. With an acute sense of humor, a high level of creativity and a genuine admiration for pop music, he has managed to come up with an amazing repertoire. The second group of the night, Saïm, presents a set that goes between loud power pop and Washington D. C.- based melodies. Entrance: 5€.

Event: OD Ocean Drive. 3rd Vinyl Market + Opening Hola Sundays! Only vinyl, vinyl and nothing more. A chance to find that record that you were probably not expecting to find, or a wonderful vinyl for a very low price. Don’t miss a day with a nice set and food music. Free entrance.

Event: Lamuella. You are invited to the third annual event for charity. We are back to Lamuella’s wonderful setting to celebrate a big Christmas party “Love from Ibiza does Winter Wonderland”, bigger and better than last year. There will be live music, DJ’s, street-food, a Christmas market, a photo space, princess make-up for kids, craft activities, a space with Santa Claus, a chill-out zone and a raffle with amazing prizes. All the money raised will be equally divided among the NGO’s that work with us. There will also be people receiving food for Food For Ibiza and coats for Siria. See you at Lamuella. Free entrance.

Event: Can Pou Bar. The association “Les Matinées du Soleil” invites you to a French cinema session. They will screen the subtitled version of the movie “Le Doulos” (Le Doulos, France – 1963) by Jean-Pierre Melville. After coming out of jail, Maurice Faugel murders his friend Gilbert Varnove. He then starts planning a robbery for which he will need help from Silien, a dubious character who is thought to be an informer for the police. Free entrance.

Event: The restaurant Es Caliu receives the Christmas market organized by Once Upon a Time Ibiza: a solidary action, exclusive items, eco products, story tellers, chocolate fritters, live music and a gift tombola. You don’t want to miss it!

Event: Forada market. The Alliolis Festival 2017 will take place at the Forada market. A cheerful day where we use a typical product such as aioli to have a good time and to eat well. There will also be an aioli making contest. There will be live music, workshops for children, delicious food, story tellers, puppet shows for kids and adults, craft beer and much more… Free entrance.

Event: Sant Antoni’s Cine Regio will host the second edition of Zinètic: a space for cinephilia and shared debate, with alternative suggestions that are brave and adult-oriented, where the common elements are risk, a strong narrative and carefully thought aesthetics. Through this initiative, the audience at the Island will have a chance to enjoy a more alternative cinema, which usually not available in the conventional circle. Today they will screen the movie “The Love Witch” (United States – 2016) by Anna Biller. A satire around female sexuality, a flashback to the European and American sexploitation movies from the 60’s and 70’s. This second job by Ann Biller is destined to become a cult classic. All of the movies will be projected in their original version with subtitles. Entrance: 5€.

Event: Plaza de Jesús. The council for civic participation Jesús en Transición is organizing the first social market of Nadal. You will be able to trade objects you no longer use or donate food for Banco de Alimentos o Caritas. There will be interesting talks about social economy, sustainable projects and other initiatives related to the transition to a more sustainable town. You will find eco food and you will be able to join several workshops. There will also be music by some good friends who want to collaborate. Free entrance.

Event: Punta d´Es Molí. Today will be the third edition of la Swingada. From 12h00 until sunset on a beautiful natural scenery such as Punta De´s Molí at San Antonio you can participate in dance workshop, enjoy live music, popular paella and many more surprises. Event: Sa Qüestió. The LGTBI+ collective “La llave del armario” (The closet’s key) presents Cineforum: “Please Like Me”. What does “normal” mean? We like to go round and round and say normality has always been a controversial and complex subject. With the help of this award winning and super fun series “Please Like Me” we can approach the subject from several viewpoints. When we see ourselves reflected on the misfortunes of this group of “beings”, we find out that we talk very lightly about normality. Free entrance.

Event: Malanga Café. Come to celebrate the arrival of 2018 with the Malanga family! Dj Bebé and his party La Ritmoteca will be the first on the booth on this new year.
